I have privately trained clients of all ages (ranging from 5-93 years old) and all fitness levels (from beginners to pro-athletes). Each client is different and I set up a customized workout program specifically designed to their needs.

Aging happens to everyone, so let's make it great! For over 20 years, I have been training men and women of all ages and demographics. Taking charge of my own aging has helped me understand this journey and guide my clients to embrace the inevitable aging process.
My goal is to empower people at every age to be their healthiest self ever. I want to help them get and stay fit, focused and in control. Each person is unique and has their own personal aspirations. My programs are personalized for each client to achieve their best in mind, body and spirit. This includes building the right exercise program for their lifestyle and body; eating the right foods to stay healthy and full of energy, and best of all, being the happiest they can be.
Health & Nutrition Coaching
I love this because it encompasses all area's of life. I do an assessment and analyze my clients various health needs in regard to diet and exercise. The assessment provides me with the information I need to create a personalized program for each client. I set achievable health goals and teach various ways of maintaining these goals throughout their lifetime. I am able to provide coaching both in person and remotely.

Burn 60 is a performance-driven, full body workout for all fitness levels that combines the spirit of group training with personalized attention from an expert trainer. You will burn 500-900 calories during a Burn 60 class while alternating between treadmill and functional training intervals. How? We will keep your heart rate elevated throughout the 45-60 minutes, leading to increased endurance, strength and speed. Expect to see results within your first 2 weeks.
