Full Body Workout

Burn 60 is a performance-driven, full body workout for all fitness levels that combines the spirit of group training with personalized attention from an expert trainer.

You will burn 500-900 calories during a Burn 60 class while alternating between treadmill and functional training intervals. How? We will keep your heart rate elevated throughout the 45-60 minutes, leading to increased endurance, strength and speed. Expect to see results within your first 2 weeks.
